Hello! My name is Dina Rosa and I’ve been with Flying Samaritans for about 3 years now (since 2020). I am an experienced doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner passionate for quality care and cultural humility, with a focus on preventative health services and education and a demonstrated history of managing complex cases at multiple levels within the outpatient care setting and improving patient outcomes by developing and fostering interdisciplinary relationships. Dedicated to providing exceptional care with an emphasis on patient advocacy and shared decision making. Skilled in preceptorship and committed to strengthening the next generation of advanced-practice registered nurses.
